How do I purchase something in the online store?
Visit the BWBBA online Store, and click on the item you wish to purchase. This can be merchandise, a Fair Share payment, an event ticket, a donation, etc.
Each item will have details in the description about whether or not it is a tax deductible donation, or whether it is something that you can use Booster Credit for.
1) First, select the quantity of the item you are purchasing or donating
2) Then, in “Payment option” select “Pay in Full” OR “Pay Later”
How are you paying?
- 100% Booster Credit → Pay In Full
- Booster Credit and Credit Card or ACH → Pay In Full*

Paying with Booster Credits
If you are paying with any Booster Credits, once you are in your cart, first make sure you have entered your personal information, including your email address. Then click “apply booster credits” and enter the number of Booster Credits:
Paying with Credit Card or ACH transfer (Must select “Pay Now”)
If you are paying with credit card or ACH transfer, first make sure that you enter your personal information, including your email address. Then enter your credit card or bank information when prompted. After you enter any Booster Credits (if any), you will see the balance due and associated transaction fees. That’s what will be charged to your preferred payment method. Be sure to complete the reCAPTCHA (click “I’m not a robot”) and then click “Place your order.” You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and how you paid.
In this screenshot, the user is applying $100 in booster credit, leaving $100 plus transaction fee to be charged to their payment method:
Paying with Zelle (Must select “Pay Later”)
If you are paying with Zelle (make sure you selected “pay later”), enter any Booster Credits first (if any), and then you will see the balance due. Be sure to complete the reCAPTCHA (click “I’m not a robot”) and then click “Place your order.” You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and much you owe.
Then, send your Zelle payment to treasurer@prideofthewildcats.com, and be sure to reference the specifics of your order in the memo.
Why do you need to order the item in the Store before paying with Zelle? BoosterHub is where we track all of our accounting transactions. If you do not place your order in the store, then your Zelle payment does not appear in necessary reports or inventory. All payments start in the store.
How do I know if I have Booster Credit?
You earn Booster Credit by participating in individual fundraising activities (like Snap! Raise, or Chocolate sales) OR by volunteering at the Arena. ONCE YOU HAVE MET YOUR FAIR SHARE CONTRIBUTION GOALS, you can earn Booster Credits as an incentive for volunteering. You can check you Booster Credits in three ways:
1) Log into BoosterHub on your computer or tablet browser: https://app.boosterhub.com/ . Click on “Accounting” in the left-hand navigation, and then “Booster Credits.
2) Open the BoosterHub app on your phone and log-in. Click on “Tools” and then “Accounting”. At the top, you should see tabs: “Transactions” and “Booster Credit” - Click on Booster Credit. You will see the total number of credits available, as well as any transactions.
3) Ask a Board Member for help! If you aren’t certain how to log into your BoosterHub account, or never set up your profile, we can help!
Once you have earned Booster Credit and it is allocated to your child, that is then linked to you the parent or guardian in BoosterHub, using the email address we have on file. There are more details about our booster credit program in your parent information packet and your Fair Share Agreement.
